End of Year Party

Don't wear your uniform to the party.  If you have a blue beaver t-shirt, you can wear that, but please leave the hat, vest and necker at home.  That way we will not have a lot of left over uniform parts at the end!

May 25 - End of Year Party

We made it!  We will celebrate the end of another successful year of Beavers by having our party at Fun Junction!  The Beavers will have 2 hours of unlimited play with mini-golf, rock climbing and laser tag!

Fun Junction is located at:

1399 Triole Avenue

Ottawa, Ontario, Canada K1B 4T4

Phone: (613) 745-1881

This is just off St Laurent Boulevard south of the Queensway.  Here is a map:

The party will start at 6pm and will finish at 8pm.

We will be having pizza and drinks.  The food will not be served until 7 or 7:15, so you may want to give your Beaver a snack before they come.

C Colony will be joining us.  Keeos are welcome to attend, but no siblings please.

Adults that wish to stay are welcome, but I will ask for $5 each to cover the costs (you can join in on the pizza then!).

Here is the permission form, please fill it out and bring it along:

May 11 - Water Balloons

We are still planning to use water balloons tonight, although we will be trying to keep the Beavers dry as much as possible (aiming at targets).  However, as we all know, Beavers being Beavers, they will still likely get wet.  You may want to come armed with a towel when you pick up your child.

We will meet in the gym as normal for opening, and then head outside via the back door.  You can pick up your Beavers from the back of the school yard (we will not go back inside if they are wet).

May 11 - Water Balloon Night

Tonight we will be having some fun with water balloons.  We will be outside the back of the school (weather permitting!).  If the weather is inclement, we will be inside (and likely not using water balloons!).

Your Beaver will be coming home wet tonight (unless we are inside!)

This will be the last night at the school.

Scout Trees

Here are our busy Beavers planting trees!
